Expressions of Interest - Coach Educator

Equestrian Australia (EA) is seeking expressions of interest for a suitably qualified Coach Educator to undertake a short-term consulting role to lead the development and delivery of a Pilot Coach Camp.

In late May 2016, EA will be running a three day coach camp at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre for up to 20 Introductory coaches (attendees will need to have completed the Introductory Riding and Introductory Horse Management modules).

You will work with key stakeholders to lead the development of the camp structure and content, manage the participant selection process, coordinate the event organisation and be the key presenter for the program. You will source appropriate presenters to join the program and be capable of managing the delivery of the camp to meet core requirements, within budget. You will work with an administrator to ensure all operational requirements and logistics are planned and secured in a timely manner.

To be eligible for consideration you must be a Level Two or Level Three Coach Educator and have been active in presenting coach education programs for a minimum of 5 years.

This role is a paid position. To apply, please provide an outline of your experience as a Coach Educator, along with evidence of your ability to develop programs suitable for an adult learning environment to [email protected] by Wednesday 30 March 2016.
