Good overseas results for Australia this weekend !

DRIVING

Royal Windsor Horse Show is UK's largest outdoor show with International competitions in 4 different equestrian disciplines : Jumping, Dressage, Endurance and Jumping. The show hosts one of the most important driving events in England. Taking place over four days the Land Rover International Driving Grand Prix includes an FEI World Cup Qualifier for the Four-In-Hand class. Over 80 competitors from 18 nations take part in this event with the most popular phase being the Marathon which took place on Saturday 16th May. Despite the heavy rain showers, which didn't weaken most of the day, Reigning World Champion Boyd Exell arrived second in the CAI3*Six-times winner of the international Four-in-Hand Class at Royal Windsor, Boyd Exell, with two new horses in his team, won the marathon test on Saturday by setting the fastest times in six obstacles. The battle for victory remained exciting until the end but US driver, Chester Weber, finally won after the dressage test showing his outstanding driving skill. Exell drove smoothly and steadily half of the course but in the last part his left wheeler slipped on a tight turn, losing time and a cone down further on dropped him 2.5-penalties behind Weber.

JUMPING

We can also celebrate Scott Keach's 3rd place in the 1.50m CSI3* Grand Prix on Sunday, at Kentucky Spring Classic USA with his horse Fedor.

The $127,000 Hollow Creek Farms Grand Prix CSI3* marks a page in history for the Kentucky Spring Classic, as it is the largest grand prix earnings offered during the series and with 41 competitors it is definitely the highlight event of the 5 days ! Thirteen horse-and-rider combinations were able to master Bernardo Costa Cabral’s opening course, moving into the final jump-off. Scott Keach and Fedor finished in a clear 42.09 seconds, giving them third place.
