Launching Your Equestrian Learning Centre

We are excited to announce that the new Equestrian Learning Centre has gone live!

The Equestrian Learning Centre is a new digital learning management system (LMS) that is an educational platform of information and courses. It will provide a direct link into Australian Sports Commission’s (ASC) Australian Sport Learning Centre that informs and guides equestrian participants on a learning journey.

The Equestrian Learning Centre is officially being launched with the following content:

  1. Equestrian Australia’s Concussion Course for EA Accredited Coaches

  2. The Australian Sports Commision (ASC) courses:
    • Community Coaching Essential Skills
    • Director Education
    • The Defence Risk Education for Directors
    • Community Officiating General Principles
  3. Play By the Rules courses:
    • Play by the Rules Child Protection and Safeguarding
    • Play by the Rules Harassment and Discrimination

"This is a key step forward in our digital strategy that will enable a streamlined and consistent education delivery for our community and another major milestone of our nationally aligned strategic priorities," said CEO Darren Gocher. "The interactive experience makes the courses more engaging to improve learning outcomes and it's also far more accessible."

The initial content will support our EA Accredited Coaches, while future planned material includes content for our EA Officials, Athletes, Volunteers and Parents of Athletes. EA will promote to targeted cohorts as the relevant material is released.

Stay tuned for more information on courses and how to access the portal.
