Vale Trevor Heffernan 23.01.1955 - 13.07.2013
It is with great sadness that we advise the Equestrian Community that Trevor Heffernan was killed in a tragic machinery accident at his property on Saturday 13 July, 2013. At the time of his accident, Trevor was the chairperson of Eventing Queensland.
On behalf of the Equestrian Queensland Board, Equestrian Queensland staff and members across all disciplines, I would like to extend our sincerest condolences to Trevor’s wife Kristen, his daughters Courtney and Brianne and his many friends and associates in Eventing at this devastating time.
Trevor has made a genuine and significant contribution to Queensland Eventing and we are poorer for his loss.

Trevor's funeral will be held on Thursday 18th July at 2pm at the Newhaven Crematorium and Memorial Gardens, 21 Quinns Hill Road West, Stapylton.
