Kristy Oatley

Kristy Oatley & Ronan II

Kristy has represented Australia at the 2000, 2008 and 2012 Olympics Games, as well as the 1998 and 2006 World Equestrian Games. Kristy grew up on a farm where she began riding when she was two years old. In 1995 she relocated to Germany and  there she was a member of the German Junior and Young Rider teams, winning the European Young Rider title in 1995 and 1997. Oatley is married to Piotr Staczek who is a Polish soccer player and together they have three children Rosie, Oskar and Ben. Ronan has been competing at Grand Prix level with Oatley since 2012. The pair have gone from strength to strength quickly and together they won the Compiegne CDI3* Grand Prix Freestyle and most recently the Deauville CDI4* GP Freestyle.
