We recognise that coaches who are required to complete a coach familiarisation may be impacted and potentially unable to complete this via traditional methods.

EA is reviewing the use of technology to support all our Coaches and as such we are offering two possible methods to complete these requirements:

• The traditional method of meeting face to face with your Coach Educator and going through the theory and practical as outlined on the Familiarisation Form found HERE.
• Coaches can complete an online Coach Update (currently in development and due for release mid-May) in addition to completing a practical session with a Coach Educator. The practical sessions can be completed via video assessment or a ‘live’ real time session with a Coach Educator. A Coach Educator can complete the Familiarisation Form (found HERE) and send it to both the Coach and the EA office via [email protected]   

At the time of re-registering as an EA Coach, each individual registration will be assessed and if required, a plan will be developed to support the needs of any individual who may be impacted.

This is a fluid and constantly changing situation and the health and welfare of our community is the highest priority.
