What’s the problem you most commonly solve in your role?

Figuring out how we get better every day within High Performance as the Australian Equestrian Team.

If you could pick a superpower, what would you choose?

Faster than a speeding bullet!

What’s your favourite horse breed and horse colour?

Australian Stock Horse. Dark Bay. 

What’s your favourite equestrian discipline?

All eight!

What’s the coolest thing about your job?

Working with the people that work with the horses.

What is your equestrian background?

I rode as a child on the farm working with stock.  My mother and her family have a long tradition of camp drafting and breeding Australian Stock Horses.  My paternal Grandfather was the Dean of Veterinary Science at Sydney University specialising in Equine anatomy.

If you were an animal, what would you be and why?

A wolf.  A hunter, a leader and a protector of the pack!

What is the nerdiest thing you do in your free time?

I read books on Mindfulness and Personal Development
