Junior Vaulting Clinic & Retreat

13-14 December 2014 - Springton SA.

A two day development weekend clinic for EA junior vaulters will be conducted at Nina Fritzell's vaulting training property at Springton in the Adelaide Hills, featuring Austrian coach and internationally successful vaulter Stefan Csandl . The clinic is supported by Equestrian Australia.

The clinic will be aimed at juniors who are aspiring to be higher level competition vaulters. The training schedule will include horse and barrel training time, other related activities including a Skype clinic with Tristyn Lowe plus development tips and strategies for training and competition success in Australia and overseas. This clinic will also suit junior vaulters aiming for International competition or World Juniors 2015 or 2017.

Clinic places are limited. Priority will be given to vaulters aged 13 to 17 years of age but vaulters aged 12 years are welcome to express interest for any remaining places.

Estimated costs for the two days (including coaching and horses) is expected to be $160.00 per participant.  Exact costs will be confirmed following confirmation of clinic numbers.

Interstate vaulters flying into Adelaide airport will be picked up Friday afternoon (12th) and returned back to the airport either Sunday evening or on Monday morning (15th).

Vaulters will need to bring bedding/sleeping bags and personal items.  Accommodation and meals will be available on farm for a small fee.  All vaulters are encouraged to stay on site to fully participate in the team environment.
