An update on Equestrian Australia’s new IT platform
With less than a month until the launch of our new IT platform, we wanted to provide an update for Equestrian Australia (EA) members on what to expect ahead of the roll-out of the system.
Ahead of the go-live date on 1 September 2025, we recognise there is a strong appetite from members to build an understanding of how the new JustGo IT platform works. We will be sharing materials, including training modules, over coming weeks to support the transition to the new system.
As well as reducing costs, the new platform will provide members with stronger data security, enhanced cybersecurity and improved functionality.
As we have flagged previously, we are planning a phased implementation of the new IT system over a six-month period to help minimise disruption for members.
When the new system goes live, members will be required to review the pre-populated information in their account profile to ensure it is up to date, and where necessary, provide verification. There will also be new questions for members to complete as part of the process. Information will be provided on how to access accounts and set passwords.
It is important to remember that not all features and functionality planned will be available when the system initially goes live in September. Core functionality will launch in September and the details of this functionality communicated over the coming weeks. Additional features will be added once stable operation is confirmed and members will receive communications around the timing of these.
Delivering the core functionality required to support members, the State Branches and EA is the priority during the first phase. We are undertaking some of the final testing over coming weeks to help ensure we get this right.
When we go live with the new IT system, we will be making support available through telephone and email channels. We will provide more details about how to access the support in coming weeks.
While the improved user experience is one of the key features of the new platform, we encourage members to take some time to become familiar with the system.
We have prepared some FAQs (link below) in response to questions from members and if you have additional queries please send them to [email protected].
It’s an important time ahead for the equestrian sport community in Australia. We are committed to providing more information in coming weeks to support members as we embed the new IT platform.
