Australian Team for 2016 Aachen CDIO5*

Australia will field a team in the final round of the 2016 FEI Nations Cup Dressage Series at Aachen.

Maree Tomkinson and Diamantina 4 have been substituted into the Australian team. Brett Parbery and DP Weltmieser have withdrawn from the team and therefore Australia will field a team of three at this event.

Kelly Layne and Udon P have withdrawn from the Australian team to focus on their Rio preparation. EA is currently submitting a substitution request to the Aachen Organising Committee. This news story will be updated once the request has been confirmed.

The Australian team will comprise the following combinations:

Brett Parbery and DP Weltmieser [withdrawn]

Sue Hearn and Remmington

Kelly Layne and Udon P [withdrawn]

Lyndal Oatley and Sandro Boy

Should one of the Australian combinations become unavailable for this competition, their position will be offered to Maree Tomkinson and Diamantina 4.

Equestrian Australia (EA) has also made a request to the Aachen Organising Committee for additional starting positions for Australian combinations.    

Aachen is the sixth and ultimate round of the 2016 Series. 

The Aachen CDIO5* will run from 13-17 July2016.
