Don't miss the 2018 National Vaulting Workshop

Don't miss the 2018 National Vaulting Workshop from 16 January to 20 January. This Workshop is being run at the National Equestrian Centre in Canberra. Improve your Vaulting skills with our top Australian coaches and two top international coaches!

2018 Coaches

Devon Maitozo (USA)- Devon is a very experienced coach and vaulter. He has been multiple time World Champion - with titles in Individual, Team and Pas de deux. This includes coaching and competing in the World Champion team in Aachen in 2006 and Kentucky 2010. He has held a top competitor position for several decades. Devon has a huge talent for artistic expression and choreography. Hopefully we can gain this 'element' from Devon throughout the week.

Blake Dahlgren (USA) - A top international level individual vaulter over many years and part of championship teams for many years, including World Champion teams and medal winning pas de deux, Blake has taught clinics throughout the world and has a huge amount to offer Australian vaulters.

Tristyn Lowe - An international competitor for 10 years with world ranking of 6th place in 2002 and 2006, many know Tristyn as a judge, coach and lunger. This gives Tristyn a broad approach to her skills and knowledge that she offers vaulting. Tristyn has competed in the final rounds at 4 World Equestrian Games (WEG).

Bronwen Lowe - Bronwen has been a strong supporter of vaulting since the early development years of vaulting in Australia. She is a Coach educator and Official lunger. Her extensive horse experience, coach educator training and riding coaching throughout Australia add to her coaching experience. She has taken vaulting exchange groups to Germany and has had extensive involvement in the coaching curriculum. Sarah is also a National Judge.

Karen has also recently competed again - even taking on a pas de deux and team with her daughter. Karen has lunged and trained many horses for vaulting.

Jamie Hocking - We all know Jamie! He has been a vaulter we have watched grow into the World Cup stage (placing 3rd recently). Now with a world ranking, Jamie has strong local roots and has attended every National Workshop since they began!

Ruth Skrzypek - An international competitor and national lunger, Ruth has also been a long term coach with the Canberra club. Ruth has attended international and national clinics, competed as part of the WEG team in 2010 and has qualified for WEG 2018.
